our officeWe are usually paid in one of three ways to provide Anaesthetic services to you:
Self pay : We will send direct to you (the patient) an invoice for services provided by SALLP. An estimate of this fee can be found by searching Our Fee Schedule. You will need to pay the invoice yourself.
Fixed price : anaesthetic fees are included within the ‘package price’ you pay to the Hospital. Please contact the Hospital directly for more information.
Insured :your insurance company will pay all or part of our fee, sometimes leaving you with an excess or ‘shortfall’ to pay to us. If you have not received notification by letter from us please contact our office and we can estimate any shortfall if applicable.
